We want you to be completely happy with HoverScribble. Start with the free 7-day trial to test every feature before you buy. And if you purchase and later decide it isn't for you, you have a full 60 days to get your money back.
The whole process usually takes a day or two. Here's exactly what happens:

We'll confirm your order and reply with a small license removal tool (a simple, one-click file) and short instructions. This just deactivates HoverScribble on your computer so the license is released.
Run the tool we send you. When it finishes it shows a confirmation message. Take a screenshot of that confirmation and reply to us with it. This is how we both confirm the license has been released.
Once we have your screenshot, we refund the full amount to your original payment method — usually within 3–5 business days — and deactivate your license key so it can't be reused. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done.
