Five things you could not do before
- Per-tool settings: every tool keeps its own size, colour, opacity and blend. The highlighter no longer darkens where strokes cross.
- Pass-through mode: click through to the app underneath with your ink still on screen. Tap
Ctrl+Shift+M, or holdCtrl+Altfor a moment. - Capture output: send captures to the clipboard, a file, or both, with your own folder and filename pattern.
- Freeze & magnifier: the screen holds still while you select, with a crosshair, live coordinates and a pixel loupe.
- Pinned captures: float a capture on top of everything. Drag, zoom, set opacity, or click straight through it.

Installation Instructions
- Download the installer by clicking the button above
- Run the downloaded
HoverScribble-Setup.exefile - Follow the installation wizard to complete setup
- Launch HoverScribble from the Start menu or desktop shortcut
- Use Ctrl+Shift+P to toggle drawing mode on/off
